Ok, i skipped the signal cable and connected the speedo directly to the sender and now it works!
A new problem... Its a metric speedo and according to the manual i should calibrate it driving exactly one mile. I guess thats is for the mph-gauge so i drove one kilometer instead but now the gauge shows about 80 km/h when im driving 50...
Am i just stupid?

The sender is a pulse generator. When they say to drive one mile, the system counts the pulses it takes to move the 1 mile. Let's say that the result is 2000 pulses to go one mile. Now, when you are driving, the speedo head is watching the RATE of the pulses coming down the wire....to determine the miles per hour.
Regardless of if you are displaying kph or mph, the system calibrates on a one mile distance. The more accurate that you can move the one mile, the more accurate the speedo will be. You need to find a real mile increment if possible...mile markers on a FLAT straight road are pretty close

Do you have a GPS? If you do, you can set it to display in miles and use it to measure one mile as you calibrate your speedometer.
