Seriously, I love this thread, because for the last six years I searched my heart for that one car I could dive into to restore. I love so many of the 30's, 40's 50's and 60-early 70's muscle cars, that I couldn't single one car out. I really liked the old bath tub porsches and speedsters, but equally love a 57 chevy. I just couldn't decide. My wife chose an old truck, and it felt right, especialy with a hot rod twist!
After joining here I must say I love certain cars some of you guys have made. Brian ups canary yellow rod - beautiful! Dons project 3k - tooo cool. And Kens colection starting with the RPU wow! All I can say is this becomes an addiction, and next(yes I said next Dave) by the way, some of Daves Merc's oh lala! Anyway, I'm in it for life now, and a little roadster with a kit frame and body will be next. 20 years from now I'll be welding my own!" "No matter where you go, there you are!" Steve.
I saw last night on fb about John. The world sure lost a great one. I'm going to miss his humor, advice, and perspective from another portion of the world. Rest in Peace Johnboy.
