check to see that you have the brakes on the correct side of the car and the primary/seconary shoes orinated correctly

Rear drum front disc setups are nice. Brakes are pretty simple for the most part, do as Don and Denny recogment, start at the master and work your way back. Also was this working before, and now not, or is this a new setup, that isn't working. Sometimes the proportioning valves can cause this.
