Ken, you may have given us our solution here. We could have it coated, then if we think the parts that show are still too rough we could sand and paint them. You are right about rusting here in Florida......our humidity is like 99 percent most days. I'll run all of this by Dan tonight when he gets home. We only have some steering box mounting, some boxing, and some holes to drill before we are to that stage, so we are probably a few weeks away. Thanks for that tip.

Richard, thank you. If you go to my thread, Project $ 3K, there are lots of pictures all the way through, and at the end of it there are some pictures of it finished. If you still need more, let me know. I lost lots of them in my computer crash, but am slowly recovering them from various places I have posted them.
