Perhaps nitro can confirm for us, but in '38 I don't believe Graham had completed acquisition of the Cord tooling. My guess would be that they're going to use the "Sharknose", model 96 sedan.
Outback, do a search on Graham Paige and you should get some background on the company. Also, here's a link to a thread on the car nutz is referring to which also has a link within it to yet another discussion. Should keep ya busy for a few moments.

Here is a quick sketch ... for more click this ...
