I think they do, the hole is fairly large at the back. if I get a chance tomorrow, I'll pull 1 of the headlights out of my '51 Chevy and snap a pic, mine are rusty but it should give you an idea.. actually I should pull both out and sand and clean them out. and then order 2 new headlights.

Thanks Matt. The Ford one's that I use are open in the back too, still have to do a trim on them to make things fit.... Hopefully the chevy ones are bigger!
