I guess I wouldn't call it a problem yet. I'm suppose to hear something in the next few days. The one thing that irked me was you buy Grundy but it's written by Philadelphia Insurance. For a claim on a show car (agreed value coverage) they send out an appraiser to assess the damage.
So now you are dealing w/ 3 different companies. To be fair- they wanted to look at the car at the shop I choose & on a lift. Once the car got over there (6 days later) it took a week to free up a lift. As soon as the car was on thelift- they came out that same day.
I'll feel better when they agree to the estimate & cut a check.
