Like HOTRODPAINT said, shove it outside and get your space back. Explain to the neighbors that the car is up for sale and will be gone soon.
Like gassersgarage said, keep your phone bill records.
This guy is either dead, in jail or in the hospital. Re-sell the car and hold onto the money he gave you for it, along with a copy of this thread.
