help identify old windshields
I have a stack of old windshields, they are all flat thick glass with frames/brackets that bolt to cowl. They are all different, some tall, some short, some are split horizontaly and pivot or rotate, some have manually operated wipers, some are curved on the bottom, some straight, most have good glass in them,I would like to trade or sell them but dont know what cars they came off of. Do people want to use this old non-safty glass in cars they drive? I assume they would be OK for a restoration to origanal, these have been stored in an attic for 60? years or more,no rust ,nice shape,I have been told that they are not "T" or "A". They do all have frames,so does that mean they came off roadsters?
That is terrible, sad to hear about him.
