I keep a battery tender on all my cars during the off season, not to retain the radio stations, but to keep the battery fresh. I can easily reset a radio, but charging or replacing a dead battery that's not only heavy, but mounted to the car frame is a pain in the butt.
The cigar lighter deal looks good to me, too.Bob
