I went to Sanderson's website to see what these are, and they turn out to be blockhuggers for a sbc. There are lots of companys making blockhuggers these days, and I have seen prices from like $ 99 a pair on up. The Sandersons at over $ 300 do seem a little high on the surface compared to some of those. However, they use 1 7/8 tubes on this one and say they flow well enough for high HP blower motors, so that might be a factor.

I also personally like Sandersons as they seem to fit right the first time and have heavy flanges that make them pretty leak resistant. You might want to call them and ask what makes theirs so special. They have always been very upfront with me when I have had questions.

If the high HP thing is not a factor, you could probably get by with most of the other brands of blockhuggers now on the market , I would think.
