All right, I finally picked up the info on Low E insulation. The web site is http://www.low-e.com. It is 1/4 inch thick. The web site tells all about it.

One roll is more than needed to do a car. We use Liquid Nail, some equivalant or DAP heavy duty contact cement (comes in 5 gal can) and spray it with a spray gun. We always use Liquid Nail type stuff if there is a chance of over spraying contact cement.

StylingZ, The wiring harness is a 22 circuit I bought at the best price I could find on Ebay. Something like $125.oo to my door at the time. The basic wiring could be done in 8-10 hours. We'll have more than that in it due to stereo, shaved handle remotes, cruise control and semi trick courtesy lights .
