Looking good! Corners can be a real booger, huh??? I make mine out of poster board, bit of cutting and taping, then when I get it right with the posterboard I trace it out on to the sheetmetal, cut, bend, pound, ping, and ding---and sometimes start over---till it fits....
Just remember, if it was EZ, everybody would be doing it!!!!! Separtes the Hot Rodders from the bolt-on-brigade!!!!Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!

Yep, it has been REALLY cold here, supposed to get into the 30's tonight. I'm glad to see you back on it again too John. That door is coming along great. Lotta sheet metal in that panel, huh?
Keep at it, and keep the updates coming.

No progress lately. I started building a steel table for the shop, then i started on the new kitchen we have been planning. Sometimes it seems there is not enough time in a day to get it all done. Thanks for checking up! maybe i can get some work done tonight.
Welcome to CHR. I think that you need to hook up your vacuum advance. At part throttle when cruising you have less air and fuel in each cylinder, and the air-fuel mixture is not as densely packed...
