That is sad to hear. I remember him most from his land-speed record attempts. He set the pace for all those who followed him. Just another sad sign that we are all aging, some of us faster than others.

i've enjoyed the years here . made a lot of friends. most who have left. i see no reason to continue with this so hope to see you somewhere else. i dont think this site will ever be back. it's lived...
