Sounds like Motorex.. They imported a bunch of Nissan Skylines.. They had the r33 crash tested and cleared for US road use.. Then they started forgeing all importing papers for the r34 and r32 as a r33 .. After ripping numerous people off and the feds taking a look the place has been shut down and the owner is in prison.. But also now its extremely hard to import and actually make a Skyline legal.. Theres so many loop holes and fraudulent cars out there its kind of pointless to even try to buy a lega one.

I dont get or ever will how people can do this and not have a care in the world. Dont even think twice of the people they are stealing from.
Nah, they have no remorse, nor any conscience. Plus they're smart enough not to do any business with a known or suspected mobster.
They live longer that way.
