Do you own the server or lease it?
Are you solely responsible for the maintenance costs.

Hooray, hooray!!! It's back!!! Can't not thank you enough, Brent!! I know this site takes a huge toll financially, physically and mentally on you. Not easy to maintain a site with this much content and activity. I, for one, am hugely grateful for all of your efforts to maintain and administer this site. This place is the best, a fact well proven by the number and quality of it's membership.
