K, not trying to make you feel bad, but a 39 Plymouth is a one year only car and the 2-door slant back is very hard to find in that shape, if at all. The parts alone that I see from the picture would cost a couple of thousand to replace. But on the other side of that, she costs a little more to build, there is probably rott under the trunk, bottom of the doors and front body mounts. You have to make panels to repair them, not just buy it off the shelf. That's the best part of hot rodding, not who has the most money, but a true love to learn about your car. Like the others said, take a welding class, find a couple of other rodders and ask questions. True car guys will give you the shirts off their back to help. Here's my 39 Plymouth, took two years to find one and I'm two years in to the build. Good luck
