Do you know Coys wheels?...similar design to what you showed us. They also come in a dark grey center. Small company in Utah, but they make a nice wheel...I like the soft lip design. I ordered a set and they are really nice, and the price was just under $1200 for a set of two 17's and two 18's without tires, delivered to my door...thats cheap compared to TT2's or some of the other wheels out there. They have tire and wheel packages too. Only problem is they take forever to ship...I had to wait 4 weeks.

I think what a Fordaholic like Davey needs to do is have Pro70 produce 4 little stickers to place on the center caps just under the pony logo that say .......................WANABE......

As to the wheels, I like the looks of them, but not sure I would go to the expense of having them converted for GM. Maybe if it could be done cheaply, like re-drilling the mounting plate for the GM bolt circle. Other mfrg's do this all of the time during production, but not sure how well it could be accomplished after production.
I have to order rear axles, so the bolt pattern on them is not a problem, can get anything I want. For the front I just redrill the brake rotors....

Appreciate the info on the tires!!!!

Nice wheels, but not my style. I really like the look of the Bullitt wheels, and these are a knock off of them. As for the price, these are about the same price as the Coys, but includes all 4 tires!!!!!

Although they are considered somewhat of a torq thrust copy, that wheel is specific to only factory built Mustangs. I think anyone who is into cars is gonna instantly see them as Mustang wheels on a Camaro, regardless of what the centercaps say. They're nice wheels... on a mustang.

Guess I'm not quite as stuck on what they were designed for as most people are... The wheels that were designed for the car and would be "correct" on it are just plain fugly!!!! They currently reside in the scrap aluminum pile!!!! As I've said before, nothing is sacred around here!!!! If the Mustang wheels look good on the Camaro, that's what it will get.....

Then go for it...You asked for an opinion and I gave you mine. I personally think the original 5 spoke Z28 wheels look good, at least on a Camaro. Can't say i like the looks of them on anything else.

I appreciate the opinion, Joey, but I just don't like the Z wheels...Besides, they are only 15 X 7's. The Bullit type are 17 X 10 and 17 X 9, with the directional tread 45 series radials, and the pending suspension mods, should give it some serious traction, both forward bite and side bite!!!! Cruisin' around and looking nice is ok, but I want to take this thing out in the windy/twisties and have some serious fun!!!!

Dave, here is a nice wheel with a little horse on the cap. Not sure if the bolt pattern or sizes work for you but if you could get new axles than you might be good to go. Unfortunately they don't come in black.

Also, if you get new axles you might also want to pick up the brakes as well. Maybe helpful on those windy/twisty roads!

Brakes are 14.2" front and 13.8" rear. Wheels are 19' front and rear, tires are 225/35zr19 front and 285/35zr19 rear. Only providing this info cause I know you are going to want a set for the Camaro. It will be the koolest car on your street.

Man, that has got to be some stopping power!!!! I thought my 9's on the back and 11" rotors on the front would stop me plenty good. Heck, what I have in the whole braking system probably wouldn't buy a set of pads for that bad boy????

That's what seat belts are for. But considering the little 366 ci v8 is turning out 620 hp and 450 ft lbs of torque , you're probably going to need those big boys to haul you down when you get to the exit of that parking lot.
