I'm putting a flathead in mine, I guess you really have to love flatheads to put up with all the cracked blocks, Searching for a machinist that knows what he's doing, and paying ten times the amount for parts than you would for a 350 Chebbie. When I started building my 32 I already had a 350 motor and a Ford 9 inch laying around the shop, but opted to go with a 46 flattie and a 37 Banjo rear( which I had brought up from New Mexico). Am I crazy?

friend has an old poly 318 in his polara and wants to stroke it, and has been reading about any snippet of the motors he can find.
