While I haven't seen Speedway's kit, I have seen Total Performance' version at their booth in Daytona, last November. I imagine the two are pretty similar.
Total's looked pretty good, actually, and althought the price seems initially higher, it appears you get some expensive additions, like suspension, steering, etc. You would have to sit down with a calculator and see how the two compare.
Not trying to promote TP, but I see you are in Florida, like me, and TP has two locations here now, which MAY save you freight. I don't know what their policy is on that, but Mickey has delivered a body and parts to me at no charge at shows.
In any event, either one would make a cool little rod, and a great way to get on the road. J Robinson is doing a thread on a track T now, which should give you a wealth of info too.
