Sorry for your misfortune, your gas door turning out nice, not sure if I want to do mine, I`ve had it in and out of my mind for several years, I still like the stock cap.

When it came right down to it I debated whether I wanted to cut the fender or not but then I remember how these modern high-speed gas pumps would always belch gas all over my fender even at a slower speed....so I went with it. My door handles are shaved too so it'll be part of that smoother look I guess.
