That was the case with Dick LaHaies car and also the '33 Ford with the Brewster front grille.......both came in on trailers for the winter. Also, those guys tend to have a few more bucks and the cars reflect that.

I did have some very nice comments and questions asked. Lot's of old time rodders at this show who asked about the split bones and suspension details. Very nice people, all.

Yes, to be honest I can't believe they accepted it. I would really like to win something there.
I have this thing almost completely torn down. I tried different things to clean the primer but I have worked on it so much it was pretty thrashed, so I decided to re spray it this morning. There is so much more to do and only 4 more days till move in.
Did any of those guys have one of my new folding car trailers?
