What speeds are you looking for help? If it's less than 70 or so, you won't get much with a wing unless it's huge.

A wing gives you nothing from a standing start. The faster you go, the more a wing can help - but only if properly shaped and set at the correct angle of attack. The Mustang II, late Mustang and Camaro wings may have helped at very high speeds (100+), but were mainly cosmetic. (Gotta look like racers, ya know.)

If you want hold the rear end down on acceleration, you'd be better off to look at your rear suspension setup.
