Ok I'll go against the grain here I sold my 49 5 window many years ago for $3000 the cab was in pretty bad shape but it did have a new bed a perfect grill with push bars rebuilt 216 6cyl I do regret selling it and ben looking for another since I finally found a 1950 there good toys and they do make good street machines That just my thought but I like trucks more then I do cars too if that 52 or 53 is a good price I would pick it up the bed is no big deal you can replace it with a new reproduction bed thru american truck parts http://www.americanclassic.com/index.htm
