go to www.carnut.com and search, 1946-1948 are basicly the same car. I think you'd be sorry if you powder coated the dash chrome, you'd wreck the car on a sunny day, it would look better painted the same color as the exterior, so it would be flat black or grey if you go rat rod, if your going your original plan, you may be able to get away with using the blue that your flames will be but, it will probably look bad. 99% of the old cars had matching dash and interior metal ( metal around windows and such ) colors match the dominant exterior color, there is a reason for that.Originally posted by FMXhellraiser
Well. I wan't a nice interior, etc. Just thinking of an exterior look. Inside I wan't EVERYTHING white. I might powder coat the dash board chrome but if not them the blue I am using for the flames if I do what I plan on doing now. Either way I will use white interior.
