Is anyone else having issues with the number of Pop Up Ads that show up as one navigates CHR? Seriously? It's like every screen change brings up a totally unrelated Pop Up, trying to get me to click a button that takes me to Never Never Land!! Surely I'm not the only one experiencing this new level of enjoyment? If I'm alone then count your Blessings!!Roger

I get it occasionally when going from log in page to forums page, not any other navigations and not consistently.Your Uncle Bob, Senior Geezer Curmudgeon

CCleaner Pro and Malwarebytes for me. I ran CCleaner and it cleared the junk files, then ran the Performance Check, and it updated 12 drivers. Malwarebytes quarantined 10 threats. Also found a "new" AI Ap on the toolbar, and turned off all of it's features. Hopefully it will help!

Thanks for the quick reply, Bill!Roger

I believe I found at least one of the problems! About a month ago I was trying to find the instructions for a digital hose end irrigation timer that I have, and I downloaded what I thought was the manual, but was in fact an "app" extension on MicroSoft Edge that grabs ads based on browsing history (I think). Regardless, I turned the app OFF and blocked their extension, hoping that it eliminates the issue.
I also found that my Ad Blocker Plus had been turned OFF, perhaps by the Manuals App, and I turned it back ON.Roger
