One of my last power generation projects was built south of Phoenix, in the beautiful little town of Casa Grande. During the early part, when we were supporting the client in the permitting process, one of the county officials mentioned that something like 80% of their population worked for the local/county/state government in one way or another. We found that the older folks had taken to calling the area "Los Angeles East", due to the large number of residents that had moved over from SOCAL, and indeed brought their idealistic ideas with them. One of the client's guys, whose job was to appease the locals where ever they were working told me, "They're just a bunch of CAVE People - Citizens Against Virtually Everything!" Turned out he was spot on!Roger
Enjoy the little things in life, and you may look back one day and realize that they were really the BIG things.
