    Always a good thing. Wonder if he helped himself, or my nudge to Brent got some additional assistance in the background. Like how many licks it takes to get to the center of a tootsie pop, the world may never know.

    LOL on the tootsie pop, and I cannot help with an answer! Just FYI I did go back to Charlie one last time and shared that he should find a "Forgot Password" link, but that he would need to make one failed attempt to sign on for that screen to pop up. I didn't get a reply to any of my emails to him, but he managed it! Thanks for your help, MrMustang!
