Check out the SEMA pages for registration help. Click NY on the map and you'll find 30 pages of info. Many states have gotten much more strict about titling and registration, especially with fiberglass bodied cars and in some cases have rejected another states title when an obvious home built vehicle is titled as if old iron. You'd be wise to do your homework before buying, IMO -
