I've seen creeping Charlie around here that looks just as blue as that when the flowers bloom in a field over ran with it.

It's partly the ambient light, based on the horizon it's either dawn or dusk..........savvy photographers love that kind of light. If you've ever seen Rodder's Journal they have lots of shots in that kind of light. That being said, it's likely the coloring has been "adjusted". It doesn't take a sophisticated program like Photoshop (though that's also become a generic term for editing much like the word Kleenex for facial tissue), most computers produced in the past 10 or more years include a function to tweak coloring..............even you phone very likely has it.

Good lookin' "buzz worm"; bigger than ours here in the desert, at least this part of it, ours seldom get longer than about three or four feet, and are fairly scarce in large concentrations. The ones we have to watch out for are the Sidewinders, or Horned Rattlesnake. Those boogers bury themselves in the dirt and you will completely miss them unless you are really looking and know what to look for. I got whacked by one once, but he got my wallet instead of my butt; I was squatting down to adjust a hot arm on the end of a boom, and he was in the bush right behind me; never buzzed until after he struck.
