    Truth there Shine!

My wife and I are also on Medicare but provide health, vision and dental for all of our employees. In 2002, we paid $220 per employee for a premium plan, zero co-pay and very low deductible. This year a lesser plan with $25 co-pay, $25 prescriptions and a $5K deductible is nearly $1,000 per person. It’s just insane. We have great medical care in this country, but the insurance industry has really gone crazy. We instead opted for a monthly allowance that is carried forward for each employee and they can choose where to invest these pre-tax dollars.

To be compliant, we must fund a plan that provides birth control. Well I had the big snip over 30 years ago and Joanie is 67 so we’re probably not going to need that, sigh… And oh by the way, Medicare doesn’t cover dental or vision but it does cover Viagra…

    Go figure

Hmmm.. It seems that it is everything the republicans said it would be.

If you think health care is expensive now, wait until it is free.
    .
Education is expensive. Keep that in mind, and you'll never be terribly upset when a project goes awry.
