isis has nothing on the Japanese . they were far more ruthless and barbaric . my father went to his grave hating them . i think Amelia flew straight into the ocean. personally i think she was an idiot to fly that route close to the Marshall islands especially since she had no idea where she was most of the time. had the Japanese detected her plane they would have blown her out of the sky . even if we knew they had her nothing would be said or done. to do so would alert the Japanese that we cracked their code. she was likely advised against the flight beforehand.
