    heidts super ride II

     



    i need the upper and lower control arm bushings . 15k and they are blown out. no info from heidts . cant get a size until i tear it down and it isn't here yet .

    I had the same thing, less than 15k also, I think the age becomes the problem and not anything else as I had to replace all mine, same with the Aldan shocks. I think I called Pete & Jakes and ordered their microflex bushings instead of using the Heidts, I just used the ones for a 4 bar setup with a 5/8" bolt (If I remember correctly). About time to just order a stick of urethane and turn my own I figure.

    I think it is just the quality of rubber products these days. I have used other USA made bushings in recent years and they all seem to breakdown. Heat is the worst enemy of these rubber products.

    they stopped usig the rubber ones 6 years ago. they were all failing. hope the new ones last longer.
