Nope, the chart is accurate, regardless what transmission you have. Hellcat with 8 speed the mileage drops as the loud pedal falls. Common sense, don't over think it! And BTW, the 8-speed with multiple overdrives only works if the cam is designed for efficiency at the lower rpm's. Cruising at 1400rpm is not going to give you the best mileage if your cam likes 2200 to 3500 for best efficiency. Driving technique does more for mileage than anything else.
