    It is a 1953. I identified by comparing photos of Kaisers from 48-54 and deciphering the window sticker. The 53 is the only one with that grille configuration combined with that hood ornament. It must be custom. I don't believe Kaiser ever made a convertible except for the 1954 Darrin Series 161 Sport. I took a closer look, and there is wood trim on top of the doors and at the top of the body all around the back seat. If there's a convertible top, I can't make it out.

    I would really like to see a set of photos of that car.
