    Daytona

Anyone else catch the NASCAR show at Daytona? Considering all the drama with qualifying (in all divisions) the race went well and a first time winner clinched it.

I was glad for Joey Lagano, he ran a clean race and clearly had the speed (and the #15 helping) to get out front and stay there.

dont want to be debby downer but i`m not a fan since ford so rarely wins as i`m no longer a fan of NHRA since ford pulled out .. 16 of 18 cars in pro stock were camaros .. fans stayed away by the thousands ...

    Dont'cha like the competition??

NHRA hasn't had much of a draw in 10 maybe 15 years I'd say. After they outlawed some of the heads that gave an advantage to the ferds at "some" tracks (poked Glidden right in the eyes) - it just kept going downhill from there. IMHO!

And like NASCAR, in the name of safety.. lets have a standard format car and just change the nosepiece.. it added to the dilemma.

But, I like the speed.. and motor sports in general fills the bill.
