Unless it's currently owned by a doctor, or documented to have been previously owned by a doctor it's simply a coupe, from the AACA KC chapter, and also from the Model T Ford Club - International Model T Ford Club International User Forum: 1924 doctors coupe The term "doctor's coupe" was a marketing ploy, apparently because lots of doctors liked the T for its reliability, and the coupe for all weather use and folks liked the idea of having a car "like doc drives."Roger
