There are more facts to this than a YouTube video taken from several hundred feet away with a less-than perfect angle to see all that happened.

Did he blip the throttle? Maybe. Maybe not. Could it have been another car closer to the camera? Light travels faster than sound, you know. Did he kick out the back to throw mud on Ward - or was he turning left to avoid him? Did Ward get too close in his anger? Did he slip and fall into Stewart's path?

Too many questions to make a decision from YouTube. If I'm ever tried for something, I hope it's by twelve of my peers, not by a YouTube video and message board comments.

I'm waiting for the results of the investigation.
