    chevy 70,s tilt column

     



    stearing column proubem chevy tilt maby 70's, i just want to remove it away from the firewall, but it,s automatic and the shifter arm has to go is it possible to get that thing out of there without tearing all the insides out, does the tube come out without digging past the turn signal?

    You don't say what it is in... If it's all stock, then the chances are good that it'll come out 1 piece.. If it was fitted to something else then it's anyone's guess.
    I don't believe you can disassemble the shaft from the tube without disconnecting the turn signal mechanism.
