Ken, was that called the Bulldog? I remember the store and the little old buy who owned it, but can't visualize the name of it. The main thing I remember about it is that he old guy had figured up the cost of smoking and had it posted on the wall that you could buy a house with the money you spent on smokes. Strange that I would remember that little tidbit from 55 years ago.

guess i did not put much in thinking in a screen name. so i used my real one. but there was two girls that dad owned a bar . this is were we hanged out after drag racing .i really had a thing for both of them still do to this day i think about them . guys use to give me hell they all had handles my buddy said you abit of a snake your sneaky . i said no pat is fine. i do not want to be called snake. one of sisters pipes up. Well,,I just used the term that describes what I do for a living.. Just used the number 8 in place of the ''ate''..

my name is pretty easy to figure out. I knew when i started my project that it was going to be on a tight budget and that I was going to have to go to local pick and pulls. jyardgirl sounded alot better to me than pick and pull barb

I check in everyday and some are better than others. I don't think Brent has anything to do with the forum anymore, but I'm not sure. Hopefully as time moves on the forum will get better.
