Saw this morning that Speedy Bill Smith, founder and owner of Speedway Motors in Lincoln, NE passed away June 30th at his home. Speedy Bill built his business from nothing, and based it on honesty and customer service. He was a good man. Rest in peace, Speedy Bill.Roger

Going to miss both Bill and his wife, they were great people and did a lot for Racing and Hot Rodding in their lifetimes!!!! They've left us with a really great museum and a parts business that we will all be able to enjoy for years to come.
