    Culver City Car Show 2014....

     



    Hey guys, yesterday, May 10, was a perfect day for another great Culver City Car Show. This year I got the added bonus of meeting and hanging with BAM55, one of our newer members, and some of his friends. What a great guy and talented car builder! It's really fun to connect an "online presence" to a real live person! It dawned on me that even though I've known many of you "online" for 7 years, I've only now met 2 of you in person - Johnboy & BAM55. It's also cool that real & viable friendships develop even if we never get to meet in person!

    Anyway, as usual, I snapped a bunch of pics to share so enjoy at your leisure....

    Yeah, that car was kinda freaky! Like a two headed goat or something!

    And yes, the 3rd car is mine....I've been secretly working on it without telling you guys!......NOT!!!!!

    Good stuff Randy. That first one came out of the Hartung Collection auction, pretty well done for a home built.

    Since you like that sort of thing, here's something similar for your collection............

    LOL!!! I wonder if she works like the Tucker.....the center "light" is connected to the steering and points the way around corners & stuff.......I'm sure you can see better when she switches on "high beams"

    Ok, I gotta bite.

    What is that "two headed" thing?? The body sort of resembles a Chrysler Airflow, or a Hudson Terraplane, but I can't sort out he grille(s), either one, or two.
    Rrumbler, Aka: Hey you, "Old School", Hairy, and other unsavory monickers.

    Twistin' and bangin' on stuff for about sixty or so years; beat up and busted, but not entirely dead - yet.
