I'm dang near computer illiterate, but don't have problems resizing pictures to put on here.... Heck, I don't even understand why larger pictures would be an advantage.....

I do have to agree on some of the other stuff..... Posts are down, but put-downs are up!!! This used to be a forum where people posted their ideas and opinions on Hot Rod related issues, now it seems that people want to be an "expert" on things and if others have a differing opinion then the arguments start! I've expressed my opinion on "experts" before but if you missed it, Experts built the Titanic, Amateurs built the arc! Experience is great, tell us about it but on some posts it seems to come down to "If you don't do it my way, you're an idiot". Personally I don't feel that's a good way to handle questions, especially from newbies! Not everyone wants (or needs) pieces built to race specs, some are happy with good enough to get by on and don't appreciate the insinuations that if you don't get these parts and don't build it to these specs then you're an idiot. If you're building an all out race car, or going for the Riddler award all that stuff is great but the majority of folks on this forum are just putting together a driver that they can enjoy! It's also my opinion that others get the idea that if they're not some self-proclaimed expert, then their opinion isn't worth posting so they just read what others have written and sit on the sidelines and avoid doing any posts!

It would seem to me that if there were more posts saying "I'd suggest......" or "I had this work for me....." that this forum could go back to being a fun place to hang out and post and less some sort of contest to determine the best debater... JMHO

We'll miss you Jerry! Others have taken a break and came back, hope you're on that list.
