BURHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! Up here we are looking at extreme water conservation, due to the dryest winter in over 100 years. Seems strange not to get rain this time of year. I think we usually get 20-25 inches of rain a year, but so far I think we are at 1 inch. Normally we worry about too much rain, so this is new for us."
