Boy Mike, you've got a couple of toughies there. That was a time in history when the automotive world was busting at the seams with hundreds of "manufacturers" (many were more like assemblers, not unlike the '90s were in the computer world). Just to get the obvious out of the way, neither are Fords. I don't have time right now to spend doing searches, but some hints for you.....

The touring is from the mid teens based on the shape of the body components. Unfortunately the family is blocking the stuff that might make the search easier. It does have suicide doors both front and rear, so that's somewhat unique for identification purposes.

The milk truck has thrown me a curve. The overall styling and the wooden spoke wheels put it somewhere mid to late '20s. The A pillar and visor details remind me a lot of Chevrolet, but a quick search of pics show the reveals on Chevs of that period are different. Not Dodge either. I couldn't quickly find any International pics, but that could be worth your time to look.
