Well the “dream house” for me is about 1,200 s/f of house (small enough for Joanie to take care of easily, but with a spare room for the grand kids to visit!) and a 5,000 s/f+ garage. In my neck of the woods, that’s a garage with a finished slab – preferably with a nice gray epoxy finish and heated would be nice. 14 foot minimum clear to allow any lifting, all walls finished and painted white, good heat/cooling, lots of good lighting, tons of compressed dry air, a head with a shower, washer and dryer hookup and a nice place for “refreshments”.

Let me know how this with yours!!
