Maintenance(lack of)?? Pilot error?? Have seen the pix,Jerry,and parts of the report,,but I don't really know what happened..
All I know is it's lucky in one way,that only two died,,but unlucky that it happened at all..
Pretty sad for the families of the two dead students..
