    Not my business, but I thought we went through this recently and the result was that a person can start a new account, but changing the name on an existing account to retain all of the history was not easy/possible to do? A person can shut down their account and start over with a new name (fairly easy moderator action?), but its a fresh start, new account from that point forward. Am I wrong on that?
