Maybe its just that Im new but does each and every post have to go through a Mod before it's posted? Makes it kind of hard to converse with others knowing it will be a day or so before they will even see the post? Or is this one of the issues that is being worked on? At first I thought it was just for posting up new threads but now I get the "will be posted after the mod" window pop up about half the time?
