    Just an FYI
    That's a very common problem, this is a kit that you can buy, Parts Express 25 bucks for a set of two. Includes speaker center cone, glue, and applicators Used this product several times since I moved to Ga. I think the dry heat from the furnace kills that foam never had the problem when I lived in Miami.
